Maybe I can remember to keep up journaling. I'm already forgetting what we've done so far in Germany!
Here is a list of the volksmarches we've done:
Last night we dropped the kids off at a friend's house for an overnight while we went out to Tal's coworker's Halloween party and then went to the midnight showing of Rocky Horror. What a strange experience!
Then we picked up the kids in the morning. We did the Kindsbach Volksmarch. It was only 3degC, and we did the 5k trail. It was beautiful, though. Lunch was leberknodle with sauerkraut, and a pizza for the kids.
Then the same friends were in their church's childrens service, so we went in the afternoon.
Dinner was cabbage and noodles!
Tal is now reading to the girls. Today we "fall back" on the clock, so Penn is tired and miserable even though it is only 7:30. :(
