Finally there is some indication this film may be about ideological differences and not just who gets to be Steve's BFF. I mean, I still expect it to be LIBERTARIANISM vs. FASCISM because superheroes, but maybe it will pull a Winter Soldier and be two-thirds of a thoughtful film.
