Hiatus, of sorts.
Ahaha. Yeah. So Harris County, along with most of the Houston area has been declared a disaster zone. We're ok, but we have no power, water, or communications.
Er. I'm typing this in Austin. Where they have all, pfft. We're headed back to Houston, now-ish: debris in our garden, in our street etc. need to be cleared.
But yeah, should be back in London on Wednesday - the airport is flooded, too, and should be cleared (apparently) by Tuesday.
But, yes! I'm OK! Everyone is ok! We were away from the flood-prone areas and (only I CANNOT BELIEVE I HAVE TO SAY ONLY) two of our neighbours got flooded in.
