Tissue culture

With the extra time at my disposal, I'm thinking of setting up a small tissue culture lab to clone some plants that I like, like that tea plant that's growing pretty nicely at my house. Would be nice to do some lab work again after being away from the lab for so long. In fact, I could start doing little experiments of mine to make sure that I don't lose the edge and probably even start thinking of how to do some actual hard-core research.

I'm thinking of moving out of this company and looking for a job elsewhere. Should I start my little laboratory now, or should I wait till I've moved? My fingers are itching.
