About 18 months ago I was fixing dinner and opened up a packet of Knorr brand chicken-flavored noodles, only to find it contained only the noodles -- no seasoning. So I made up my own, and it turned out quite well.
Ingredients
1 - 1 1/2 cups fine egg noodles
1-2 tsp chicken bouillion granules
1/2 - 1 tsp poultry seasoning
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch or two dried parsley flakes
1 tsp cornstarch
Directions
Bring 2-2 1/2 cups water to a boil, add egg noodles, bouillion, and seasonings. When noodles are done, mix cornstarch with a bit of water to make a slurry, add to noodle mixture. Cook until thickened.
