Chicken fried steak w/ mashed potatoes and peppercorn gravy

This is honey's favorite dinner. Thank goodness for shortcuts or this meal would have been a mess if I made it for scratch. :)
The frozen section already has the chicken all breaded and half-cooked. All you need to do is bake it for 20 mins on 400 F in the oven. This package comes with a peppercorn gravy mix. Just add water in a sauce pan (on medium heat) with the packet and keep mixing until the gravy is thick enough to your liking. The mashed potatoes are instant. The box only required milk, butter, water and salt. Easy to make and is done in a few minutes.
This is what I make if I only have half an hour to make dinner. While the chicken's cooking in the oven, I cook the gravy and mashed potatoes at the same time. That's multi-tasking for you!
