More importantly, Happy Belated Birthday to Erica! Despite putting it in my calendar, I forgot... Yay for your fleeting youth!
Kelley and I saw Capote tonight. It was very well done and I think Hoffman really does a good job with filling such a complex, quirky role. You can really see the effort Hoffman put into learning Truman Capote, with a lot of small, hinting details in his behavior on screen. It was morose, but more so for the lack of any really "good" characters than the murders. Well, no good characters, aside from Harper Lee. Who was a dear. Otherwise, it was just nice to hang out with Kelley after like two months. Her and her fiancee, Farooq, will be married in the spring. I'll need a tie.
