Added a new twist to my pan-fried brownies last night. Carla baked a plate of brownies for her visiting friends, a few of which I fried in butter until the outsides were crispy and the inside gooey and chocolatey. The twist came when I used a quarter-cup of dark rum to flambe the brownies. Mmmmm, tasty -- although they were very rummy tasting.
