COFFAY?
i really hate starbucks sometimes. reallyreallyreally.
i've decided that rather than this assistant manager crap and working in a store, if i decide to stay with the fuckers for more than the next few months, all i want is to be a certified coffee master and then get the job where you go to ethiopia and places to find the best coffee. i could travel and know crazy stuff about coffee and not have to deal with all this CRAP all the time.
next semester i am taking economic anthropology and i am really hoping to do something about coffee trade. it will be awesome. and i will use that opportunity to make the black apron thing easier and then all will hail katie, the coffay mastah.
anyway i have to open tomorrow like every monday and that really sucks.
