man, i had friday AND sunday off this weekend, and it was fucking fabulous. i did (some) homework and also procrastinated a lot, which i haven't done in awhile. it sucks because lately i'm so busy that any time i have a bit of free time i end up laying around doing nothing because i don't have to be doing anything. but really it would be nice to do something fun. bah.
this week i am trying to chill out a little bit because last week i had too many things due at once. also i still have to buy james' bday present before saturday. i can't believe it is almost october. it's fucking ridiculous. however, i was thinking about it today and that means there's essentially only two months of the semester left so that lifts my spirits a little. i hate to rush time but i'll be happy when it's december.
doctor atomic. a new opera. it looks like james and i are going to try and see this!
