Briallen Hopper's essay about Kate Bolick's Spinster doesn't make me want to read Bolick's book, but it does give me a bunch of other books to read.

I went to see Mad Max: Fury Road again last week (it's even better with beer!). So it's fun to read this article about the various effects used in the film.
I really do need to read Smitten Kitchen more frequently. I'm living at my sister's house while my kitchen is being remodeled, and she has a nice big kitchen, where it's not hard to put together dinner in exchange for a free place to stay. Or maybe this salad is more appropriate for the summer months.
I should do Wednesday Reading, but what I really need to do is start working on my NFE story. So.
