Mmm... As far as I know, the Chief of Police. But if I were you, I'd be wary about confronting that guy. He's supposedly got access to some weird powers that can mess us up pretty good.

Like, say, take away our ability to breathe if we piss him off.

To some extent, at least. And no, not personally; although there was a house arrest that followed similar rules. If anyone tried to leave their homes, they wouldn't be able to breathe until they went back in.

Never did get a reason for that freakin' house arrest, come to think of it. [frowns]

Alright, as much as I love rubbing the ol' Chief's reputation in the mud, I don't think he really needs help with that, and it won't tell you anything important. So, to the point, has anyone told you anything about this city yet? Aside from it's name.
