The Oncoming Storm
I have suddenly found myself in the position of being booked solid for the next several weeks.
Tomorrow is rehearsal dinner for the wedding in which I am a groomsmaid.
Saturday is the wedding.
Sunday my Aunt Marilyn comes to visit.
Monday night is awards night at my school. I am on the committee so my attendance is a must.
Aunt Marilyn is in town all week and I shall juggle spending time with her, preparing to administer my Biology final, cleaning my classroom, and working on my online professional development class.
Memorial Day weekend my Aunt leaves on Saturday night.
Ren Faire is Sunday
Finals week at my school is Tues-Fri after that.
Graduation is the 6th.
Teacher work days the 7th and 8th.
Then I might go out of town the following weekend.
Then my parents come to visit the 17th or 18th.
Then I will, quite possibly, go on what is laughably being called a vacation with them and my grandparents for two weeks to Colorado. More on that drama later.
Things at work seem to have calmed down at last, knock on wood, and I am SO ready for summer! In which, I shall try once again to get back into the habit of my regular posts.
I have discovered that when I am stressed out, I get writers block. I have a whole new appreciation for professional writers now.
