A week and a half left of summer...
Where in the world did the time go?
On the plus side it has been an awesome summer filled with guests, friends, reading and best of all relaxation. I am, for the most part, ready to go back for my pre-planning.
I say mostly because I need some help from all of you.
I am co-teaching a course on science in the movies next year. It is either a quarter or semester long...I don't remember what we put down. The goal of the course is to show the kids movies with either really good or really bad science and teach them the good and the bad that they see in movies. We are going to start with Jurassic Park and go from there.
So, if you are a movie nerd and or science geek and would like to suggest movies that I can add to my curriculum for this course, please oh pretty please do so! I am trying to get a list together so that when I meet with my team teacher we can come up with a plan for what we are going to show.
