For four servings.
4 eggs (beaten)
4 teaspoon of milk
10 medium sausages (cut into bit-size)
1 carrot (cut into bit-size)
1 broccoly (cut into bit-size)
2 medium tomatoes (cut into bit-size)
200 gram mozarella cheese (cut into bit-size)
1 teaspoon of butter (for scrambling)
1 teaspoon of olive oil
basil
pepper
salt
1. Add milk and salt into eggs and beat more.
2. Heat frying pan and melt the butter. Scramble egg mixture.
3. Add sausages. Stir until sausages browned. Add carrot and broccoly. Stir well.
4. Add olive oil, tomato and cheese. Sprinkle some basil and pepper. Stir until cheese starting to melt.
5. Serve hot with french toasts and coffee.
