Gluten-free Christmas cookies
Hi everyone,
A good friend of mine has recently been diagnosed with Celiac's, and I want to make him gluten-free Christmas cookies this year. I know it's a little early to be thinking about it, but I'd like to make them in advance for "quality control."
Do any of you have tried-and-true gluten-free holiday cookie recipes to share? I looked at other websites and found some good ideas, but few of them had reviews, and I know gluten-free baking can be hit or miss.
