Well, I didn't die.

Went to the hospital, got another vag exam.

My polyp is gone, go figure.
They took 6 vials of my blood.

I'm bleeding really bad and they gave me some extra strength pain killers.

I have these globs of blood/tissue falling out of me, it's sweet!

I have 4 of Z's D&D books.
Imma go shower, then read through them, and then sleep.
