Amazing purchases (interest to Spats) and car oopsy.
OK, so I went to an estate auction today, and thought I might find something interesting. Well, it was WAY more than interesting...
I got a Pioneer VSX-3800 Stereo Receiver - $25
A Sony SCD-CE775 5-disc Super Audio CD / Regular CD Deck - $15
and a Thorens TD-318 MKII turntable - $5
Spats.... begin jealousy.... NOW! :P
On a sour note, backing out of the parking lot after getting all those items for a TOTAL steal, I hit a dumpster I couldn't see due to the glare from the sun.
Its pretty bad. I'm hoping that my insurance will cover it ok, and that my rate won't jump like crazy ;_;
Karma I guess. Oh well, the electronics after getting them home restored some of my happy.
Oh and on the job front, Its going well. People like me, I walk like 8 miles a day and lift hundreds of lbs, but I also get to troubleshoot and problem solve for customers, so its good for body and mind :P
