This... will be interesting.
One of my aunts from Canada and her kids will be here next weekend, staying a few days.
My mother told them I would make Jajia ming (chinese noodles dish) for them while they were here.
So, saturday next week, my clumsy asian-american hands will be cooking for 6 full-asian people, and trying desperately not to screw up.

Oh well. At least I know I'll cut the vegetables right. I'm good at cutting stuff.
