Ah Bittersweet Life You Taste Slightly Sour
I've neglected writing my whinings down for a while. Instead i've tortured my handful of friends with the same ramblings for days on end. Lucky them. So the official word today was that my file is currently in the hold pile for the next academy once this "investigation" is resolved. Sadly I don't know anymore than that. I assume that is good news. Who knows. Life loves to pick on me.
SOoooo technically i'm off of work until March 5th. However I already put in 24 hours of ot this week. Night shift as zombie-ish as it is, honestly is quite nice. I can watch movies. I have time in between calls to eat food while it's still hot! What an amazing concept. It kinda makes me wanna switch shifts.
*Sigh* On a similar but slightly different topic, the three hundred some dollars in my bank account has made me keenly aware of the fact that my job doesn't pay near enough. I admit I eat take out more than I should. But I don't go "shopping" and I don't waste my money on "un-needed necessities". AND i'll be damned if i'm gonna give up my 17.99/month blockbuster total access. It's all I have to look forward to some days....
Oh yeah and speaking of being poor, what the f*** is up with myspace selling out. Seriously they couldn't be in debt with the amount of advertising they have on the site. NOW my home page is like twice as long to scroll through because they have some bullshit pos advertisements for god knows what. Those monkey butts.
God being lazy is so tiresome. I am gonna go to bed and cross my fingers tomorrow is a brighter day.
