how's it going world? I'm just sitting at work doing nothing much. Today's kind of a slow day because of stupid black friday. I'd rather be busy than slow......I swear some of these people that call in! gah! At least I'm not working stupid proactiv! what a mess! I really think a trained monkey could do their job. Anyways, I really hope I get VTO today. Our service level is 100% so my chances seem good.
