Mello'll be planning to call his "secret love" Lockon to the clinic, so perhaps Near could over-hear/see/catch them red handed if you wish (if he chooses to remain hidden or confront them, it's up to you, of course). Much better than the party!

Also, Mello's staying seven rooms away from Near's, so he's still controlling the corridor, mostly to see if anyone goes into Near's room.))
