Hugging this character: Sure. :D If she knows you or if you're having a serious "I need to have a hug" moment, or whatever. She's a mother bear kind of person. Ask.
Kissing this character: Uhm. Depends where and what your relationship is to her, and most likely no otherwise, unless you're Zechs. Ask.
Flirting with this character: Sure! And it's not limited to males, either. ;P
Fighting with this character: Uhm, sure? Ask.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor injuries are fine - but I seriously prefer to option to discuss what is going to happen (unless it's something a HUMAN seriously cannot avoid) but also still giving me the chance to accept the action you take.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Just warn me beforehand and I'll supply as necessary, again, she's only human.
