Alright so I decided to scrap all my reasoning that says I shouuldn't go to I-CON and went. Got there early saturday morning with Dad and after about twenty minutes of phone tag, found Dan outside the SAC. Followed him to an anatomy panel, then to a comedy skit. Afterwards we were hanging out by the main building when I found Kim. Did a triple-take on that did not look like typical Kim. Tim was also with her, after she explained the registration process for me, cause Dan sucks at it, I went and did such. Blew half my cash on a saturday pass, but it's worth it. Headed down to the dealer room, saying hi to Joby, who was on door duty. I ran in to Grippo and got his actual cell phone number (Grr....he gave me the wrong one Thursday!) and then started another rousing game of phone tag to find the 'ims. Walked around the dealer room with them for a bit, bought my new SpiderMan vs Hulk shirt, then Adam joined us and one of Kims other friends. After a while the 'ims ditched us and the three of us went outside to watch the guys dressed up in cool looking armor beat themselves senseless with PVC pipe swords. Then I ran in to the big white building to get food and the entire lot of them vanished. A total ditch. They ditched me! Grrr...... if they wanted me gone they could have just said so.....*insulted, seriously insulted*. But whatever, called Grippo, tracked him down and we spent the rest of the day together getting lost. Eventually we tracked down Alex who helped us track down the Cathedral area. We spent time there and I played (and lost) a quick game of War machine. Afterwards me, Pena and Grippo sat by the big white building and rested while the third Mike and fourth friend left. While waiting I ran in to Joby, now off duty, and hung out with him. I ran inside to get a new program and got out in time to see Joby leaving with the ditchers. Ok he made plans to get picked up ahead of time not knowing I'd show up, so that's not a ditch. So we head off to watch some bad Anime and then Pena and Grippo left, so I tracked down Alex. Found him in the Fireside lounge making a new sign. We got some soda and trekked around for a bit, running in to Joel and heading over to ES (Earth Science) for the SSBM tourney, I got in but I had to leave before I could get up to play. All in all it was much fun and I enjoyed, definitely doing it again next year, this time with a prepaid pass. Cheaper. The only two downsides were that my legs failed to operate shortly before Dad arrived to pick me up and that
I WAS DITCHED!!!!
*sighs* Grrr.......typical of them....
Bye all.
