What to do? What to do?
I'm so torn about what to do with my future, it's getting overwhelming!!
Our lease will be up in February of next year. They don't go month to month, so we would have to sign for another year.
We're torn in the decision of staying here or moving to Oregon like we planned.
We have also decided to start trying to have a baby early next year (Jan or Feb).
I'm already 36 and if we don't have a child soon, then we will miss out on something we both want VERY bad.
The only 2 things bad about Oregon is the constant rain and missing my friends that are here.
BUT, what is best for us? We live paycheck to paycheck as it is. How can we raise a child on that? We can't live off one income here, so who would take care of the baby?
I have been on Craigslist for a year now looking at jobs vs. mortgage in Oregon. In the last 6 months, the jobs have doubled and the starting salary for what I do ranges from $15-$25/hour. Not too bad when you can rent a 3 bedroom house for $800/month!!!
We are thinking we should just go for it and move there in February. If we don't like it, we can at least have an oppertunity to save for a year and come back with a good amount for a down on a house.
And, my dad wants to help us in any way he can. He is thinking of selling his house and buying land somewhere to help us build a house. He is a free spirit and him & my stepmom only want to live there in the summer. He has been so good to us and wants us to be happy.
If only I had more time to decide!! The age factor and having a baby is what is making us have to decide soon. But I can't decide!! AAAHHHH!!!!
