I've lost weight!
In my last update, I forgot to mention my weight loss journey. I'm down to 430 pounds, as of my last appointment with the nurse practitioner with the surgeon's clinic on July 24th. I haven't weighed myself since that day, so I might have lost more since then, but my next appointment is September 6th.
I'm starting to see the weight loss, finally. Not in the mirror, but in clothing size. I ordered a shirt from a Facebook group I'm in called Cozy Gamers and I ordered a 5X when I traditionally wear a 6X, with the intent of it being a goal shirt. Well it arrived today and IT FITS PERFECTLY. I WEAR A 5X YOU GUYS. THIS IS AMAZING!
