In Media Res
Wow, people all around are getting married. Hope and Nathan, then Julie and Conor, now Beth and Scott. This Christmas overall was great as allready said. I've been working a lot though. I got to see Linda for a couple days after Christmas in Houston. We were going to see the Titanic exhibit but it was too crowded, so instead we went to the World Market. it's the most exotic food place around. I also saw the latest Lord of the Rings. I really think Linda and I are a great couple. We work well together. Things are going well with us and her family is really fun. ohana, heh. I learned an important way Angie and I are alike, and taking Sarah around with us in Houston was fun. Plans are being arranged slowly for a second movie from L&P Productions.
Mike moved in a few days ago. Everything's going great and now I can save up some money.
New Year's was ok. I played a drinking game and got lightly buzzed, and tried to have as much fun as possible.
I don't want to sound arrogant, but people in general are extremely complex, especially me, at least in me trying to understand myself.
I called my parents today and heard I received some mail from Germany. Apparently some puzzle pieces sent through the mail. I can't really imagine that Roland sent them.
Me and Linda are planning a trip to New Orleans for Spring Break. It'll be so awesome. We're planning on staying in the French Quarter for one day at least.
Well original plan to say something has evaporated and my sense of coherency on paper has put me to shame.
Damn-oh, and I'm lucking into getting a job in the Modern and Classical Languages Dept. Hopefully things'll work out. I can't take no more JCP bullshit.
