Anothe Xmas haul!
Again, it's Christmas for me. For the past few days, I've been getting a bunch of things in the mail.
More snacks from the UK. I really need to take a pic of the stash. One of my favorites is Fox's millionaires shortcake, which is basically a Cadbury's Toffee Pop in square format.
And I absolutely love the custard cream cookies, which actually melt-in-your-mouth. I let Bran & Kari taste those and Kari described them as being Mc Donald's cookies with a cream center. I think that these custard creams are way more delish though.
Digestive biscuits have a nauseating name, but these were another great cookie. I received the one coated with chocolate on one side. Yum!
There was a chocolate candy with a hazelnut cream center, which was really tasty. It was like a Ferrero Rocher without the crunch.
I also got some dramas. :D I haven't listed them on my site yet, but I will eventually.
Speaking of dramas, I'm currently watching a Jdrama called Sweet Home. Very old school drama, but I like it a lot. I was also watching The Devil, but because of the awful Engrish subs, I'm just stalling on watching it. I think I'll try getting a better version in a trade. I wish people would let me know if a drama has really awful subtitles because I honestly cannot stand them. :/ So yeah, instead of continuing with this Engrish crap, I'm going to watch Love Letter with the hot priest.
I also got some books in the mail. The Evil Twin and The Return of the Evil Twin (SVH) and something else. Yup, I love reading pre-teen books and I don't care who knows. At least Donna shares my love for those kind of books--she went to the library to borrow some Judy Blume, R.L. Stine, and C. Pike books last week. :P
So instead of studying, I'm going to start reading these books. Or maybe I'll start watching a drama. Or should I just buckle down and study? Maybe I'll do that tomorrow. I'm such a lazy bum. :/
