Snooooow and Olympics- all I neeeeeeed.
Plus I spent the afternoon/evening with Lea yesterday after my Governor School testing.
First things first- testing. Got there at 8ish and it didn't start til 8:20. The first test we did was the writing prompt which went pretty well, considering I usually loathe them.
After that we did this logic test, which was super easy. 72 questions and I finished in 30 minutes.
We took a break for 20 minutes in which I played Hexa on my mom's phone. Since this was the make-up day and I knew no one. (Grace, Dominique and Marissa didn't show up!)
We went back to testing and did this shapes thing. It was like patterns and how would this look if you folded and twisted and flipped it? It was okay, until the end when I had like 5 minutes left and I couldn't focus on all the flipping and turning. So I guessed.
The last one was the worst, the history test. LOL. That was like a big joke to me, a really bad big joke. It was 40 questions and I guessed on 19 of them. It was some junk that even Ken Jennings wouldn't have known, I'm serious. Pretty crazy.
So then I was called by Lea and we went to Dick's with her mom and sister to get some soccer stuff. She got a net, a ball (which we think had a hole in it), some socks and shin guards. Then her sister wanted to go to Old Navy, so we did... and got bored. So Lea and I went to Chick-fil-A and tried to get our picture done in one of those picture booth things, but it wouldn't take our dollar. :(
We walked around a little and then went back to her house. I think we got a little high on Laffy Taffy... since it is pure sugar.
At her house we watched some
Stupid Videos. We played some soccer in the hall and I played their piano for a while. Then we had dinner (salad, steak, potato) as we watched the 2nd half of The Parent Trap on TV in her sister's room.
We hung out for a while, and that was pretty fun.
And it was snowing all the whillllllle. :D :D :D
