A Cute Story
This Saturday is my parent's anniversary. Sunday is Father's Day. For my Father's Day present I decided to call my dad and remind him of his anniversary. He always forgets. So I call him on his work cell phone and left the massage on his voice mail. On the message I stated that me reminding him of his anniversary was his Father's Day present. I was feeling very stealth.
As my parents were driving home from their dance class, my dad saw that he had a message on his voice mail. He gave the phone to my mom for her to listen to the message because he thought it was work related. She is the office manager of his office so she can answer calls and listen to voice mail. She hears my message and starts laughing. She replays it and has him listen to it. He then realizes that he spoiled the whole point of my calling him. They both were laughing.
