(no subject)
Today was my last day of work til at least the 15th. And even at that point, I'll probably have only two or three more days before I leave for school. WOO. All in all, I like working at BBW, and am glad I'll be going back during Christmas vacay because that equals MONEYS. The AC and water in the mall today was DEAD til 2 in the afternoon, and hour before I came in, so as I stepped out of Sears I was like, "Uh, wtf, it's a sauna, waugh!", not to mention I was in the back room half my shift lifting and moving boxes of shit and climbing ladders. HAR.
Going to Reading tomorrow to Mamita's birthday, which will probably warrant either BBQ or, oddly Thai food. She doesn't feel like cooking. Which, well, is grand, because it's her birthday, why should she cook?
Also this week...OTAKON/BALTIMORE/SEA ISLE CITY. Hooray infinity. Leaving Thursday roundabout lunchtime, getting to Baltimore around 3. Going to hang out with Angelica and Dave at the harbor, I assume, and have dinner together. It'll be grand to see Dave, since I haven't seen him since school ended, and I miss our Witty Banter Battles. Though really, it's only a few weeks til I'll see him anyway. Wahaha. The BRC will be arriving that night, and then Friday to Sunday is that grand expedition of dorkage, Otakon. Not cosplaying this year, and I've decided I don't really care. Cosplay = time + money, neither of which I can be assed to spend on it. So. Who cares though...I more enjoy getting pictures of other people and buying stuff and watching things. Quite the experience.
I think I'm more stoked for a few days at Sea Isle. It was so fun last year, and now since I don't have anything like working at Sesame looming over my head during it, it's gonna be so much better. Video games, movies, sleeping, gummies, being completely useless...BEAUTIFUL. And...perhaps a Mitchell-Celebration?
When I get back on the 10th, I have to go to Kutztown til...the 12th or 13th or something for More Power More Glory II, at which Sonitus Verbi is freakin' Cedars in Christ the Second Generation playing the musics. Oh baby, I do hope there is perversion. Because, really, I go to these things expecting to get molested at least once.
My God, the summer's almost over, and it went so fast. And yet I am super pumped for the coming year.
But first...PUMPED FOR THURSDAY THROUGH THE 13TH.
