(no subject)
For a Friday the 13th that I was expecting to be scary, yesterday was such a great day.
First of all, I AM NOW A LISCENSED DRIVER, BE AFRAID. I woke up to a ridiculous amount of fog, which led me to think, "Oh shit." Yet my test went really really well, and I somehow made it through without losing any points. Hoorah!
After I got home I got a random call from Daniella about meeting her and T at Einstein's, which so went down. Had a bagel and coffee, had good old times with partial-Posse and wound up making fun of stuff in Blockbuster and deciding we should have a shitty movie marathon. My parents got to the same shopping center to pick up our sushi (!!!) and so I went home with them.
Tried to get to the 7:40 show of 'Match Point' with Amanda and Kristin, but we (being Mandar and I) were late, so we just wound up "shopping" and going to Nifty Fifties...where I saw Daniella. :O Had a soda float (omggood) and The Cheese Fries. Yays. Afterwards went back to Kristin's with the intention of watching Boy Meets World, but instead we spent two hours playing this DDR-like game with a guitar instead. So cool. I want one.
In other news, I am very much excited for Otakon, despite the fact that it is many months away and ... yeah. I think said excitement is just a branch off of my temporarily rekindled Bleach-love. It's funny, though. Apparently we know what we're doing as far as cosplay goes; Death Note (M-N-L, w00t) and Bleach (so many choices!!! :O). Good. Times.
Sadly, I go back to The Crater Monday. D:
