Highlights of the week:
Monday went to DC for the march thing (but mostly for MARYLAND HOUSE OMGBBQ). There was barely anyone on the bus, which ruled, because there weren't a lot of noisy little brat-kids running around. And I had my T next to me the whole time. Which automatically makes it cool. The march was ungodly cold. I've never been that uncomfortable on it before. I couldn't feel my toes at all the entire time. We ran over to Union Station afterwards, had coffee, and I wanted to kill Angelica. when we came out it was snowing, a lot. Not cool. But pretty. I also discovered that I enjoy Bright Eyes and that there is a non-acoustic version of the song I'm listening to now. I had hardcore pocket-pizza at Maryland house. It made my day.
Spirit Week was, as expected, frightening. Twin Tuesday (total crap, just dressed down), Wacky Wednesday (excuse to whip out the Haruko/Stripper/Pink Wig), Theater Thursday (on which I dressed as a Crazy 88), and...uhh...Spirit Friday. Woah baby. Some crazy ensued. Kirsten shamed the Crazy 88 name. There were two Edward Scissorhandses running about.
Uhhh...yeah. On Friday night went to Gettysburg, had dinner at the Pub at like...9, slept at the Travel Lodge. The room Angelica and I shared was hilarious.
I feel safe in the shower now.
A tiny chair.
Keep creepy neightbors from peeking in!
Real men play soccer in their pajamas.
Super!
This is cozy.
We had a good chuckle. Watched Monk and Law and Order. Next day I had a scholarship test at the Mount. Crazy test. Two hours, two essays. Both gave you a bunch of choices, so I did the lit one for the first essay (analyze a sonnet...the Tribe of Brinn Force was so with me) and some quote thing for the other. Good times. The lunch was really, really impressive. And the campus was pretty. So I kinda like the school, and it'd be coolto get the full scholarship. But they only pick three people, so considering there were 340 kids there, the chances are slim. But alas, it's fun to travel. Got home at night, had a bagel for dinner, and went to Target.
Today was pretty boring. Had to play at Ignatius. But I saw the T's and we had donuts. T's friend Aaron works at Krispy Kreme, and he seems quite disgruntled with the job and warned us of the many scary things about the establishment. Good times. Porcelain donuts...mmm, good eats. Yay for the T's.
Orthopedist appointment tomorrow morning, so I get to school way late. Yahoo.
