Hah, so after a rousing Thanksgiving trip to Reading to see the Family (annd let me just say, Jossian is adaorable) , we got home and Angelica and I decided that indeed, we would carry on with the plot to go to Kohl's at 4AM for BLACK FRIDAY. Assuming I would make it through the night. So We watched Home Alone, Requiem for a Dream, and 101 Dalmations (the live action one with Dr. Gregory House bumbling around). Requiem...good God. Awesome, but brutal.
And, while I was beginning to fade by 3AM, we did in fact sojourn out to Kohl's. I was genuinely shocked at how many people were there, lined up outside. Admittedly, much of the reason I was going was not so much to shop, but because I really could not fathom that many people doing this. But I was wrong! People really are crazy! However, it was worth it, cuz I got a shirt I wanted and some sweaters for about $30 when it would have been $90. Weirdest part of it all: I totally saw Rick's mom and his youngest sister in line a little ahead of me at the registers. So yeeaaaahhhh. Grabbed some Starbucks after (they'd opened at 3:30, so wise) and headed home at which point I passed out til 11:30 or something.
Having Thanksgiving Part Deux in a bit, then apparently heading over to the Oesterles to hang out with them and their many brethren. Tomorrow me and Angelica are going to King of Prussia Mall to meet up with Nate and possibly Marisa and/or Rick to do some Christmas shopping. Katie McNally - WHY ARE YOU NOT COMING? Tomorrow night will also include some BRC-age...movies and Wegman's? :D
I can't stop listening to this music. Clint Mansell, I love your insane music.
