I may have three betas but actually they only worked on the first phase of the writing, meaning before the first deadline. I lost any mood to edit anything anymore after I finished this and when the deadline to submit this fic for the comm opening, my main beta was in life and death situation a.k.a. on exams. So, because I didn't really want to bother her anymore, I just sent the fic the way it was as the first time I sent it to the mod, with some minor editing. I liked it, and think it won't be much trouble anyway. I've tried my best.
And one more excuse, I wrote it some *counts* three months ago (?), I think. And my wording for KHR, if it's a long fic, is never good. But I assure you that my writing is far more better than three months ago, if you spare some time to read my Hetalia fic (which I doubt you will, seeing as you're not in Hetalia fandom), I daresay that it is far, far, far, better than that of my KHR fics. ;D
Ah, well, making OCs is one of my hobby (?), and there bound to be OCs if we're exploring some unknown field called Yamamoto's brain and background. Trying out something that is not inside my comfort zone is a challenge for me. It helps improve my writing, and mind, and talent.

You've definitely improved. ^^ If I remember correctly, your first fic was the one you I speculate modeled after mine (TRRoR). But I don't think "The World Ten Years Ago" was that bad, just kind of too quickly- paced for me; but I already told you that before didn't I? ^^;

I don't mind the Hetalia posts. I see a lot of Hetalia in in my beta's and some new f-list people's posts so I've developed some kind of passive and tolerant attitude toward them. In the future, expect me to say the fan arts are pretty but I will not give my opinion on the actual manga itself. I reserve judgment until I see how my country is characterized in it (if it ever becomes part of the cast, but I sort of hope it doesn't).)
Took a quick look at one and uhm... I spotted some grammar and spelling errors in it. =_=;;; and even in your author's notes... But OK, it's way better than your first few fics. I'll give you that. ^^
You're welcome. ^^ LOL Took the words out of my mouth, or rather, out of my fingers: I'm "not easily satisfied". (Which is mostly why I'm not in Hetalia fandom despite having read a few strips) I only critic when I really think the author can take it. And I think by this time you already know how to take tough feedback from readers like me.^^
Your lay-out's not a such a big issue; I just keep forgetting to use 'zoom in' when typing in the comment box^^ (So I'm lazy brat, ignore my opinion on this matter)
