Ugh...
I am so damned bored -- it hurts. All I have done all day, literally, is make a couple of folders for my boss. Now, that is not as "cool" as it sounds -- it was essentially arts and crafts time for me. All I did was print out one sheet with my bosses name on it, a pretty piece of clip art, and the text "Approval Requested" on it, tape it to the front of the blue folder (so it stands out in a pile on a desk!). I made two of these for 2 different bosses. How lame.
The rest of the time has been me sitting here trying not to drool on myself. I'm tired of the internet. I am not motivated to do anymore outreach for my Advocates for Youth thing. (That's a whole 'nother story!) I don't have AN-Y-THING to do!!!
I was so bored, I walked over to this new smoothie bar with a couple of co-workers. The smoothies were tasty, as was the Turkey/Cranberry Spinach wrap I ordered for lunch. WOO HOO. Hey, at least it was healthy.
Brian and I learned how to dance the Merengue (sp?) last night! Now THAT was fun! I didn't think it would be as fun as it was. Needless to say, I now want to take a Merengue class in addition to a Swing class. One class at a time, people. Hehe. Afterwards, we went to Ruby Tuesday to indulge in a dessert. Well, we ordered their monstrous blue margarita (32 oz'er) and split that for our "liquid dinner." Hehe. (Calm down, we had pasta before class!) Our dessert was a monstrous chocolate Tall Cake. It was tasty, but I'm sure very sinful. Hehe.
I have a headache...I think I'll go home early today.
