ABILITIES
Mello has no special powers or abilities.
STRENGTHS
Mello is intelligent, skilled at manipulation, and loyal. She is good with firearms and strategy and capable of taking down a man twice her size if need be (and has done so once or twice in dire situations in the past). She is also skilled with firearms and knows how to adapt to any situation when necessary.
Even though it might be hard to find at times, she has a strong sense of morality, believing strongly that things must be worked for and earned before you deserve them and a strong sense of loyalty. If you somehow manage to get both her loyalty and her respect, you have a fierce protector on your side.
She is also a good writer (a skill the mun feels she herself lacks), and can be charismatic and persuasive when she wants to be.
WEAKNESSES
Mello is prideful, brash, and stubborn. She's also nearly blind in her left eye due to the burn covering the left side of her face and has trouble moving her left arm sometimes. If the weather is humid or rainy, the whole scar aches something fierce and she will be more snappish than usual.
She also has two major weaknesses - Matt and Near. In her World, Matt has just died (and there's no denying it was her fault he got killed) and she buried him herself in an unmarked grave and performed the last rites. Near, on the other hand, has been her rival throughout her life. She has focused and obsessed on him from the moment she met him and realized he was easily smarter than she was.
Sex is also a major issue with her as she had to sleep with several members of "her" mafia when she was making her initial rise to the top. On top of that, she was assaulted by the boss of a rival gang, whom she beheaded in the attempt and delivered to Rod Loss, earning her position as his right hand man and essentially making her untouchable. If a situation gets too intimate, she will either go passive and wait for it to end or will lash out depending on the circumstances (normally the latter).
