Aw man the days are not stopping! This week has been packed and naturally I write my LJ when I should just be shutting my brain down :P
Home
Annyway. Since my last proper post, having gotten back from Glasgow last Sunday, I had Monday to calm down a bit before rushing off on Tuesday back home! £6 train fare Dundee-Stirling? Hell yes!
So I was at home from Tuesday until Friday and overall it was very good :) Oscar being cute as ever and the weather being stupidly good! o.O It was actually warm... and sunny. My parents were both kinda busy most days, but it was actually quite alternating as it went, allowing me to talk to each of them one-on-one at length. Which is always good.
While Bridge of Allan is wonderfully green and aforementioned sunny, I kinda felt a little out of place. Perhaps coming close to 25 years old you start mentally separating yourself from home, who knows! Or perhaps it was because I visited my Primary School (first time in... err.. 13 years?) very very weird feeling. There was another me that I associated with that walk, one half my height :P
Otherwise while I was at home I wrote loads of book =D and played Twilight Princess :)
Picture dump! Oscar! Looking fat.. he really isn't, just a funny angle on a tree. He loves that tree. The other is a map from the 1800s, as I was being quite interested in Bridge of Allan I thought I'd share it. Westerton is my house... unfortunately we don't have that size of grounds anymore :P 90% houses now lol.
Stirling
While down there, of course I met up with Nomi and Tommy! We had sweet milkshakes... hmmm, Mint Aero. I think that should be a regular thing when I visit. We wandered game shops mostly and talked nonsense like good ol' times :) I ended up buying Mass Effect on the 360, preowned for £10, not half bad for a game in my top ten!
I had way too much rich Italian food and wine Friday night, my parents bidding me farewell the best way they could, hehe. Sure made Yahtzee ten times funnier when I got back to the flat :P While Bleach was suitably awesome.
Then, it was all in Dundee! Ready for this James? I traded in Sonic Unleashed ! I really didn't see myself playing it more, I did what I had to do lol. In its place I got POP or Prince of Persia :) Which is proving to be quite entertaining!
Lynne, Nomi, Deji and I were all over Dundee for the most part, again like good ol' times with KFC and Spoons visits.
Films
While at home I abused my family's selection of DVDs, so my monthly dose of films is back up to spec again! While me and Lynne watched Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead... an... interesting... twist on Hamlet. Afraid the games this month are sorely lacking.
Now for a week that is a little less crazy... maybe :P
