Operation Shutdown

Not that you will notice the difference, but this is just to say that I am going to be shutting off the computer, returning the cable modem and packing up the car in just a few minutes. As former Astro Derek Bell would have it, I am putting this journal into Operation Shutdown for the duration. When next you see Cindy Sherman's suspicious but lovely face, I will probably have been in my new home for, oh, two or three months, but in any case, if you need to reach me, try cocopalmolive at gmail dot com.
I hope the car doesn't die! I hope all my stuff fits in the back! I hope we do not have an accident! I hope that Murray does not expire from stress! I hope I do not expire from stress! I hope that you all have a lovely weekend and update your journals frequently while I am gone so I have something to read while I am sitting on the floor waiting for the furniture to arrive.
