Last night I saw an extraordinary documentary,
Occupation 101: Voices of the Silenced Majority. It's part of the
Boston Palestine Film Festival. I arrived before the film in time for the discussion of the previous films about apartheid walls. There were some passionate statements, including some by a Palestinian woman with personal testimony as to the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians by the Israeli government.
I bought a copy of Occupation 101 if anyone wants to borrow it, or maybe we'll have a screening when it arrives, since Sean didn't get a chance to see it. I highly recommend the festival too, which ends Sunday. There was even the pleasure of a peace-keeping officer at the door.
