I basically live on an island but I have no idea how to cook fish. I've been needing some recipes so thanks for this link!

I would eat fish way more if I could afford it. This is a great recipe that would work with almost any fish. We've used something similar on salmon,tuna and halibut, but I don't know much about what you have readily available in New Orleans.

Seafood is extremely cheap here so I need to learn how to fix it already. I think I'll try this recipe with a redfish or a snapper and let you know how it turns out.

Fish is def not cheap here, but then I buy local, wild, line caught - all that ethical hippie shit.

Do let me know how that recipe works. I'll bet it will be gorgeous with snapper!

I'll be trying out this recipe this week for sure. One of my neighbors caught some red fish this morning and is passing some along in exchange for some of our tomatoes and okra. Great timing!
