it's strange how things work... The same things at work that frusturated me about Ralph also frusturate Tyler about Jeffery... if only he could understand that things are better now then they were and most of those things don't really matter anyway!
Tyler has recently proclaimed that he is a 100% supporter of my promotion to OS... This has got me thinking and prompted me to take action alot sooner than I might have...
This weekend I must...
~look over the OS job description AND review
~write a letter stating my desires
~give Edisa her review
~continue training a bunch of newbies
~hire three more people
~print a schedule using the new schedule so we can at least begin to work out the kinks
