Steve is my boss. Jay is my [superior] co-worker, who was once a bicycle mechanic for the Croatian Olympic team. Jay is short for something... Croatian.

I swear, he actually, finally said that to me (about Campagnolo). I had been dying to hear him say it, today he did.
