How do you get your full liscense? Cuz I have had my provisionals for.. 18 months? I think..

once u have had your provisionals for 18 months and you are 17 and 7 months the DMV will send u a little card through the mail that u keep with your licences. Yes you have had yours for 18 months but u havent met the age yet because your birthday is after mine.
