Thanks to jewels667 we have a place to hang out! Julia says:
"I am staying here in Houston and I have two hotel rooms reserved. One for me and my people and one for hanging out and squeeing and staying up inappropriately late for those that want to.

The hotel is about 4 miles from the venue a straight shot up 59. Everyone who wants to come is invited."
