Real quick update.
Inland America, aka the store's landlord, has sued me again for not vacating the premesis by the required date, which was Dec 17 2009. I was out by then. I did leave three fixtures, none that were too large and none that would be too difficult to remove. (they just wouldn't fit in my car.) this is much less than what was left in the place when I took it over. There were at least five large display cases when I took the place over...
In the process of trying to sell the house before Inland can take it. And consequently buy another, smaller house. Very difficult process, ESP when communication between family members is strained or nonexistant. Part of that is my fault. Most my sister's. Can't blame her though. We've/I've put her in a weird place. Won't get into all that. Suffice to say... I'm feelin REALLY guilty for getting us into this mess.
