Apple is presenting a one-day shopping "event" in the UK this coming Friday, December 1. Predictably, Apple is using the same red and white ad look for this event as they did for Black Friday in the US. The event will have live DJs at the Apple Stores all day and will even host live performances in each Apple Store at 7:00pm.
Since my cheap 1GB MP3 player is getting decidedly iffy I was thinking of trading up and buying an iPod Nano, this could be just the time to do it. I don't think I'll have time to pop into the London Regent Street Apple Store, though I won't be far way that evening, but it appears the offers will be available on-line too. That way I'll have something reliable to listen to on the long train journey home at Christmas.
