Overflowing with ideas

Where to start...
Cancer is an ever-present participant in cell mutation, uniquely and inappropriately sharing genetic information with each cell mitosis.
The way I reason, Smoking, on its own, is not a sure way to get lung cancer. It is of course an active way to develop carcinoma, but it's best left to fate. Each cigarette is like a lotto ticket; throughout your life you might buy hundreds of tickets, but you are never certain which will give you that jackpot you so desire. Likewise, you're playing a dangerous game of chance with each bundle of tobacco, never knowing which cigarette will eventually trigger the right cancer cell to mutate and activate.

I don't know if it happens to anyone else, but I sure have a short attention span. I've never been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder, but I'm sure as hell I have a problem concentrating in class. I might give the illusion of attention, but in reality, I'm staring into space having a seemingly continuous yet thematically choppy stream of consciousness. Alright, it may not seem so right away, but I also find a bit of the old obsessive compulsive disorder in me gulliver. These two dreadful situations keep me in check, for the most part, and allow me to possess the slightly odd yet highly creative spontaneity that has made my infamy.
It occurs to me that all truly gifted people are attention deficient but teathered to this world by an obsession.
