Yay for nice weather - after the humid 90+ days we've been having, 75/80 feels almost chilly :)
Yeah, so I haven't been updating much this summer...I just don't go on my computer as much as I do during school, so I imagine my entries will start to pick up again once I go back in...FOUR WEEKS! Yikers :D
Not much new here, my birthday was ok - pretty laid back this year, but we're going to have a monstrous party at school for all our friends who had summer birthdays, so that'll be crazy fun.
My friend was visiting from CA last night with her family, and they invited my family to go with them to this concert that their family was sponsoring. It was really cool - a pianist named Jon Schmidt, who writes most of the music he performs, played some wicked piano. One piece he played while laying on his back on the bench, reaching his hands over his head to play the keys. He also composed a really good piece right on the spot especially for us, using the time (8:02) as a basis for the first three notes. Later he threw light-up koosh balls into the audience. good times. (plus it was great to see you and your family, Megan!)
