I've recently discovered swingy skirts, and I love 'em!! Sometimes I just need to be girly, and they certainly do the trick.
I also love summer, along with summer weather.

I'm also so pissed off at financial aid right now I could scream till I lost my voice, but that wouldn't change anything and just make me more angry, so I'm just going to not worry about it right now, and hopefully it will all work out by this fall...
Started reading the book 1984 yesterday (finally - I've been meaning to start it for a couple years now) and wow, didn't want to put it down. But I forced myself to save it, since it's what I have to do while I wait for Arik during his swimming lesson and track practice - yes, my brother is taking track now and LOVES it - I'm hoping that maybe his enthusiasm will rub off and make me go running with him, we'll see. :D
